What is your return & exchange policy?
We gladly accept returns for store credit or exchange within 10 days of delivery. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.
What items are final sale?
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale Merchandise
- Jewelry

What condition must items be in to be returned?
Items must be:
- ✔️Unworn
- ✔️Unwashed
- ✔️Original tags attached.
My Order Arrived Damage. What Should I Do?
We're so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos fo the damaged items so we can make it right.
Shipping Info
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3-7 business days.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If pickup is available for your order, you'll see it as a checkout option.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.

Can I Shop Both Boutique Locations?
Absolutely! Our Gautier and Cleveland boutiques each have their own online storefront and inventory. If you'd like to shop both locations, you'll simply place the order for each boutique in your cart. Each order is processed and shipped independently. You'll only incur one $5.00 shipping rate unless your order from that boutique qualifies for FREE shipping on purchases of $75 or more!
We know it's one extra step, but it allows us to keep each boutique's inventory accurate and get your order to you as quickly as possible.

What sizes do you carry?
We carry sizes Small - 3XL because we believe every woman deserves to feel confident and beautiful.
How often do you get new arrivals?

Do you sell gift cards?
Absolutely! Gift cards are available in-store or online.
Do gift cards expire?
